New homes phoenix custom histiocytoma older dog options david weekley homes

Chris B we purchased a spec home. We were told the david weekly experience would be superior histiocytoma older dog compared to other builders. We were told to expect weekly updates at minimum. We found the experience positive, but not better than experiences (we have purchased new homes six times). The close window was short. We did not receive weekly updates-but they were not really needed. If we were told we would be updated as needed, that would have been acceptable.

The home is a part time home for us. When we moved in we were not given a working histiocytoma older dog clicker/code to the gate. We were locked out. We complained. We were then given a code told if it did histiocytoma older dog not work to contact a specific neighbor through the intercom histiocytoma older dog or open the fire gate. When our code did not work the second time, we tried the neighbor. The intercom did not work. We tried the rest of the listed neighbors with no histiocytoma older dog luck. We proceeded to the fire gate, which was not as easy as pushing a button as histiocytoma older dog we were told. You needed to lift a pin in the ground push/pull open. I could not do it. Eventually a neighbor was leaving let me in. For the third visit we received a clicker that worked. This was VERY FRUSTRATING.

There were other minor issues. The automated outside lights operated by the community at our histiocytoma older dog home were not turned on. When they were turned on the come on during the histiocytoma older dog day shut off before 7pm. We want the lights to work from dusk to dawn; when it is dark outside so we can take the histiocytoma older dog dog out (like the neighbor’s set up). We will work to resolve with our next visit. We were told we would have a private property side histiocytoma older dog before moving in…We still do not. The sign is not a necessity; but don’t say you will do it if you will not. A welcome letter in the home had another couple’s names on it. Again, these issues three issues are minor; but not something that happened with other builders.

Bottom line is we had a very good experience; but comparable to prior experiences. The gate not opening maybe even results in saying this histiocytoma older dog experience was not as good as with other builders (which includes two competitors in the same community). The way the experience was described led us to believe histiocytoma older dog it would be better. I describe as over-promise under-deliver. I would have preferred to say, there will be hiccups along the way, but we will do our best to avoid fix quickly histiocytoma older dog as needed.
